Corporate Counsel. Sheba is an experienced community association attorney and works with boards of directors on transactional and litigation matters. This includes corporate compliance, contract matters, amending and restating governing documents, rules enforcement, assessment collection, as well as all aspects of litigation.
Collections. Prior to joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Sheba gained significant experience in the collection of delinquent assessments. She handled numerous collection matters through completion, using various techniques, all while maintaining compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Chapman University School of Law, Served as Notes Editor for the Chapman Journal of Criminal Justice and President of the Public Interest Law Foundation; Interned at the nation's largest pro bono law firm, and a large entertainment company. PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES Sheba has been involved with the Community Associations Institute-Greater Inland Empire Chapter, and served on the Connect Magazine committee, which is the official publication for the chapter.
