11-25-18. Troy Kennedy joined our Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining the firm, Troy gained valuable experience handling complex civil litigation involving breach of contract, fraud, trademark infringement, real estate disputes, intellectual property, and probate law.

 

 

11-20-18.  Partner Laurie Poole launched ADAMS|STIRLING's inaugural Women’s Attorney Initiative (WAI) at the Balboa Yacht Club.

The WAI was created to support the professional development of women attorneys at the firm, identify the unique challenges women face in their legal careers, and provide our ladies a platform upon which to support each other and thrive.

11-18-18. Alison Greiner joined our firm's Temecula Office and will work with our clients in San Diego and Inland Empire.

Alison is a 15-year attorney who brings valuable experience representing clients in corporate formation and transactions, premises liability, contracts, real estate transactions, human resource issues, workers' compensation, personal injury, litigation and dispute resolution.

 

11-18-18. Kathy Mills joined our firm's San Diego office.

Kathy brings extensive experience representing community associations as well as developers of condomium, single-family, highrise, mixed-use, master planned ccommunities, and condo conversions.

Much of her career has been spent advising boards of directors, amending and restating governing documents, reviewing and negotiating contracts, providing legal opinions, and litigating matters on behalf of associations.

11-11-18. ADAMS|STIRLING opened its twelfth office in historic Old Town Temecula. The office will be managed by senior attorney Nancy Sidoruk. Nancy and her team will provide legal services to the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley.

 

 

10-28-18. ADAMS|STIRLING opened its newsest office in San Diego in the prestigious Tower 591 in Mission Valley. Our legal team in San Diego is Jamie Handrick and Candace Schwartz, under the leadership of Laurie Poole.

6-5-18. Senior attorney Nancy Sidoruk joined ADAMS | STIRLING. Nancy is a seasoned community association attorney who serves as general counsel to residential, mixed-use, and commercial common interest developments.

Nancy's focus will be on large-scale associations in the Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, and San Diego. She joins the team headed by Laurie Poole in our Carlsbad office.

 

5-1-18.Experienced HOA attorney Jamie Handrick joins Adams Stirling's San Diego team Attorney Jamie Handrick joined ADAMS | STIRLING. Jamie has practiced for 17 years, with the past 12 years specializing in HOA law, representing community associations throughout San Diego County. She has extensive experience in construction litigation, enforcement of governing documents, civil litigation, collections, and fair housing compliance. Jamie makes a great addition to our team, working with Laurie Poole and Carrie Heieck in the San Diego region.

 

5-1-18. Candace Schwartz joins Adams Stirling's San Diego team Candace Schwartz joined ADAMS | STIRLING. Candace is an experienced marketing and client relations manager who is an active member of San Diego's CAI Education Committee as well as CACM. Candace works out of our San Diego offices, covering all of San Diego County and parts of the Inland Empire.

 

 

4-19-18.Managing Partner and Firm Founder Adrian Adams Adrian Adams was selected to serve on the national Foundation for Community Association Research (FCAR) Board of Directors. In addition to conducting research projects, the Foundation publishes Best Practices Reports for community associations, salary surveys with up-to-date compensation data on the community association industry, Fact Books about the industry in all 50 states, and homeowner satisfaction surveys.

 

 

 3-4-18. New Adams Stirling Partner Laurie Poole is a member of the CCAL Board of GovernorsLaurie S. Poole, CCAL joined ADAMS|STIRLING as our newest Partner. Ms. Poole brings 25 years of experience as an attorney in the HOA industry.

CCAL Fellow. Laurie is a fellow of the Community Association Institute’s prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) and was recently elected to its Board of Governors.



 

 2-14-18. Adams Stirling's Founder and Managing Partner Adrian AdamsAdrian Adams and Brandon Grosh (PMP Management) spoke to an overflow crowd at CAI's Educational Luncheon. They spoke on "No Trespassing! When Can Managers/Directors Enter a Unit?"

Topics also included: what is an association's role when it comes to process serves and restraining orders, and how can associations protect themselves against potential liability?

 

12-18-17. Hon. Larry Stirling with Adams Stirling's Founder and Managing Partner Adrian AdamsLarry Stirling and Adrian Adams were featured in the Daily Journal, a newspaper dedicated to California's legal community.

The Journal was interested in ADAMS | STIRLING's niche area of the law and what is driving our unusual growth. They talked to various members of our Firm, as well as attorneys in other firms, to get an idea of what we do and our reputation in the industry. 5.1-16. Adrian Adams became a founding member of the "Critical Issues Think Tank" for the Foundation for Community Association Research. He is part of a team of industry leaders from around the country who serve as the Foundation’s steering committee.
