Insurance Litigation. Prior to joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Nancy gained a wide range of experience as a partner in a mid-size law firm where she spent fifteen years specializing in insurance coverage analysis and litigation, primarily involving environmental contamination. Her responsibilities included contract analyses and legal advice for clients, handling complex litigation, attending mediation and settlement conferences, negotiating multi-million dollar settlements, coordinating expert witnesses, taking depositions, preparing law and motion pleadings.
Real Estate Contracts. Nancy is also a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts needed to complete and close real estate transactions.
Non-Profits. Nancy has done legal work for the non-profits that she has served over the years. She helped her Rotary Club, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Women’s Shelter, Mozart Festival, Hearst Castle Board of Directors as well as human trafficking non-profits to resolve legal issues and draft documents and letters needed for their work together.
