He has managed all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit demand letters, law and motion, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. At ADAMS | STIRLING, Nick handles common interest development litigation for residential and commercial associations pertaining to a variety of issues, including enforcement of governing documents.
