MEGAN K. HALL, ESQ

Diverse Clients. Prior to joining ADAMS | STIRLING, Megan represented a diverse client base, ranging from The County of San Joaquin to individuals and businesses. She dealt with employment issues, personal injury, CEQA, unlawful detainer and probate matters.

Litigation. Megan has extensive experience litigating matters for clients. In addition to mediation and arbitration, she handled depositions, motions, summary judgments, trials, and settlements. Megan brings her comprehensive litigation background into corporate transactional matters for our clients.

General Counsel. Megan serves as corporate and litigation counsel to boards of directors of common interest developments throughout California. She counsels boards on managing conflict, director duties and responsibilities, meetings, elections, and corporate governance, as well as compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act, document interpretation and enforcement.
