Farah Nourmand




Corporate and Litigation Counsel. Prior to joining our firm, Farah spent many years overseeing a boutique law firm that specialized in real estate, employment law, business and general civil litigation. Before that, Farah was general counsel and chief legal officer for several real estate organizations and companies. Her extensive real estate experience has covered everything from teaching brokers and owners about hazard disclosures, to representing commercial property owners, to assisting clients in every aspect of a transaction from due diligence, to purchases, to sales, for projects such as Hollywood & Highland. Farah's litigation practice has spanned every phase of the process, including mediations, settlements, law and motion, evictions, and trials. Her extensive employment law practice has included preparing company policies, employee handbooks, and other employment-related documents. In addition, she’s advised clients on wage and hour claims and implemented strategies on employee risk management. Farah also brings practical experience, having served as a Board member for her own homeowners' association for many years.
