This bill is worth every penny.  [Alison] was the best.  I just wanted to point out how satisfied our client was with her dedication. - Chris Hodge, PCAM®, Elite Community Management

The Board wanted me to thank you for all of your work on this. Having owned a small management business for 30 years I don’t think I have ever had an attorney that worked so quickly and efficiently for the client. You did a fantastic job for us and the Board will keep you and Adams-Stirling as our legal counsel once the transition is complete. -John Cussen, Board President, Dutch Village Master Association

I want to thank all of you for all your hard work, time and dedication (and patience) with us in this claim. This was very new to us and having you all in our corner, we felt very supported. So, thank you again!!! -Kimberly White, Board President, Colina de la Costa HOA

You did a truly excellent job addressing highly complex legal requirements and related Association issues that needed to be covered, and that is really appreciated. -Board of Directors, Saint Francis Court HOA

Alison Greiner was extremely helpful with preparing a trial brief for an upcoming small claims hearing for a trip and fall accident at one of the associations I manage. Alison did a great job and went the extra mile to research the CA Building Codes which came in handy during the hearing. It was found that the HOA had no control over these items and they ruled in favor of the defendant. Thank you Alison for doing such great work! -Lisa Glogow, Director of Community Management, Powerstone Property Management

I am so relieved that this was relatively painless! Thank you for all of your help, Alison. ‑Brittany Vik, 360 Community Management
