Hi Cang, thank you again for teaching our class on wheels. I wanted to let you know that 16 managers filled out speaker evaluations (that’s about 70 percent and about the same for all our classes). All 16 rated you a 5 – Exceptional – not just overall but you received 5s in every category: met expectations, Engaging, Informative, Prompt and Efficient, Stayed on Topic. All said they would attend the class again. The comments were all very positive. That’s a perfect score and something I have not seen before. I have to tell you that in all my years (20+) teaching and holding classes in the healthcare and banking industries, I have never witnessed a professional teaching a two-hour class on a bus. Nothing could be more difficult. Not only did you handle the bumpy ride while holding a mic, you were engaging, completely prepared and direct. I agree with our members – I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation. Impressive. Thank you again for taking a day (and more for prep) to help educate our members. We sincerely appreciate your time and expertise. Your reputation with CAI-CV is off the charts. -Cal Lockett, Executive Director CAI Coachella Valley Chapter

Dear Adrian: Just letting you know, on behalf of myself and our board of directors, that we are very pleased with Cang Le and the outstanding contribution he made at our Annual Meeting today here at Desert Island. -Ronald Jaffe President Desert Island OA
